Our pool designers work with you to create optimized renderings for your project. We utilize the latest software to create custom 3D pool designs tailored to your vision. 01. DESIGN
Our streamlined permit process, and specialized permit team, minimizes delays for your upcoming project.
02. PERMITTING
The pre-construction walkthrough provides clarification for site layout, access points and project expectations.
03. LAYOUT
This is the first step of the construction process. The hole will be slightly larger and deeper than your finished pool, our crew will reinforce the hole with steel rebar which serves as the pool’s skeleton, providing structural support for the pool’s shell.
04. DIG DAY
The concrete that makes up your pool’s shell and steps is applied pneumatically. If your pool design includes any swim-outs, fountains, or a spa, these elements will be part of this phase as well.
05. SHELL INSTALLATION/SHOTCRETE
Our plumbing crews begin installation and dig trenches to lay pipe from your pool to the pool equipment.
06. PLUMBING INSTALLATION
Our tile crews will install your pool’s waterline tile and coping, and then proceed to install your deck around the pool perimeter.
07. TILE, COPING & DECK INSTALLATION
Here we will be installing your pool pump, filter, or any additional equipment you purchased.
Our crew of electricians will run the conduit for the main electric supply used by your pool equipment.

08. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT HOOK-UP & INSPECTION
We will carefully prepare the concrete surface of your swimming pool, and then apply your pool’s plaster finish and fill the pool with water.
09. POOL PLASTER & FILLING
We will clean the construction site to ensure no debris is left behind. You can now enjoy your new swimming pool!
